Job Description: Greenwich is London�s oldest enclosed Royal Park. Part of a World Heritage Site, it covers 74 hectares and is home to the Prime Meridian Line and the old Royal Observatory. It�s a remarkable space � and one that calls out for imaginative and experienced management.

With your impressive record of managing urban and formal parks, you�ll thrive on the many challenges Greenwich has to offer. We�ll look to you to ensure resources are used effectively and efficiently across a full range of operations � from horticulture, maintenance and cleansing to works, landscaping and arboriculture. Not only this, you�ll help develop and implement plans to make this vibrant park even more cherished by its visitors.

To be considered, it�s essential that you�re experienced in liaising, negotiating and communicating with a broad range of contractors, stakeholders and outside organisations. Along with your well-tested financial skills, you�ve the confidence to work in the public arena and the creativity to solve problems. Not least, you have a sound understanding of amenity horticulture and Agenda 21, including green housekeeping and biodiversity.
