Training & Benefits

Annual Leave - 25 days on entry rising to 30 days after 5 years. 10.5 Public and Privilege days off each year in addition to annual leave entitlements.

Learning and Development - As an organisation we believe in development opportunities for all of our employees. Requests to attend courses or sponsorship related studies are encouraged. In addition financial and time off support is offered where appropriate.

Pay Reviews - Negotiated each year and effective from 1st September.

Special Achievement Award Scheme - Line Managers are able to nominate individual members of staff or teams for a special achievement award. The awards may range from £250 up to £750.

Flexible Working - Subject to operational needs and at the discretion on the line manager, 'flexi-time' allows a day and a half off in 4 weeks. Other flexible working arrangements to different working patterns and work life balance are also considered by line management.
